July 9 - Fun With Tofu!
Tofu is a very versatile food - it picks up the flavor of whatever ingredients are in the recipe. This workshop will show you how to prepare tofu, the types of tofu that are available, and the delicious ways it can be prepared.

July 16 - Summer Pastas
Chef Del Sroufe will show you how to make pasta yummy all summer long - using fresh herbs, veggies, and other delicious additions. Come to see the variations of pastas and all you can do to make them exciting!

July 23 - Sensational Smoothies
Bored with your smoothie? Want some ideas for quick and easy mini-meals? Come to this workshop and see how you can spice up your morning routine or just get an extra boost of energy in the afternoon.

July 30 - Filler-up Salads
Salads are the perfect summer meal with vegetables from your garden, the farmer's market, or the grocery store; all in season. This workshop will show you ways to make your salads more satisfying and sustaining. Come and learn some new tricks for your old stand-by.

August 6 - Wrap It Up!
Wraps are quick, easy, and filling. This workshop explores the various ways you can make a wrap tasty and exciting, using vegetables, spreads, dressings, and other unusual ingredients.

August 13 - Delicious Lentils
Lentils are a delicious source of protein, fiber, calcium, and other nutrients. They are also the quickest cooking of the bean family. This workshop will show you ways to make lentils yummy and interesting for the whole family.

August 20 - Back to School Lunchbox - bring your kids for free!
Is it that time already? Bring the kids for free to this workshop that is centered around making delicious meals to go into the lunchbox. Your children will feel better and perform better in school when their meals are nutritious and satisfying. This workshop will get the school year off to a great start.

August 27 - Cooking with Ancient Grains
There are so many grains to choose from, yet we tend to eat wheat and rice most of the time. This workshop will introduce you to some new grains and satisfy your need to put some variety back into your diet!

July 9 6:00 p.m. - Biological Causes of Autism
Today, 1 in 16- children are being diagnosed with autism. At one time it was thought to be a result of genetics or parenting, but we now know that the origin for many cases is biological. This workshop, presented by Dr. Pam Popper, will cover some of the causes of autism as well as some of the therapies that have proven to be effective for treating children who have it.

July 24 6:00 p.m. - How to Stay Out of the Doctor's Office!
Wouldn't it be great to not need your doctor so often? Dr. Pam Popper will present this workshop offering tips for staying healthy on your own, so that visiting your medical doctor will become a rare occasion.

August 7 6:00 p.m. - Dealing With Food Addictions
This workshop presents the information from Dr. Neal Barnard's book, Breaking The Food Seduction. You will learn the four most addictive foods, why they are so addictive, and what you can do to overcome the hold they have on you.

August 26 6:00 p.m. - Cooking with Ancient Grains
