Cooking Intensive: Whole Grain Bread Making from Scratch

Join expert bread maker Chef Del Sroufe as he shares his secrets for making delicious fresh breads from whole grains. Participants will learn how to work with yeast, how to handle dough to get well formed gluten, and how to use one recipe to make several different breads.
Members: $80 per person; Non-members: $100 per person
